About the Role
CareFintax is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and workforce management. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, manage employee relations, and collaborate with staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Partner with US & UK clients understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Monitor attendance, performance, compliance, and HR operations.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and employee documentation.
- Support leadership with workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Drive employee training, development, and performance review programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations.
- Strong experience managing client-facing HR operations.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with international clients, particularly US & UK stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRMS, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
