We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer conversations with clarity, speed, and empathy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with customers, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience in a fast-paced D2C environment.
You’ll be the bridge between the customer and the brand — handling queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and calls while maintaining a high standard of communication and support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone calls
- Assisting customers with orders, shipping updates, exchanges, returns, and product-related questions
- Resolving issues professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Coordinating with internal teams (operations, warehouse, marketing) for issue resolution
- Following up with customers to ensure queries are fully resolved
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets
- Identifying recurring customer issues and sharing insights with the team
- Supporting customer retention through thoughtful communication and problem-solving
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English (Tamil/Hindi is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Calm, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using tools like Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and support platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced D2C/e-commerce environment
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
