We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Service Engineer to lead the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and after-sales support of Audio Visual (AV) and Display solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in AV systems and the ability to manage service projects while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, configure, and test AV and display systems at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and health checks to ensure optimum system performance.
- Attend service calls and provide timely on-site and remote technical support.
- Lead complex installations and supervise junior engineers and technicians.
- Coordinate with project managers, OEMs, and customers for successful project execution.
- Configure and troubleshoot video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and network-based AV solutions.
- Maintain service reports, installation documentation, warranty records, and customer service logs.
- Conduct customer training on system operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to OEMs and follow up until resolution.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality procedures, and company guidelines.
- Support the sales and pre-sales teams with technical inputs whenever required.
