Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive national and international sales for our Digital Marketing and Web Designing services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate and convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Promote and sell Digital Marketing services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Website Development/Design services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national and international clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Experience in selling Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Design, Web Development, or IT services.
- Knowledge of international sales processes and client handling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
Eligibility
- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or IT Services Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
