Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with students and parents through calls and messages
- Provide information regarding educational programs and services
- Maintain records and regular follow-ups
- Coordinate counseling appointments and meetings
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and clients
- Support day-to-day student engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Interest in student support and counseling activities
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Malayalam and English language proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage
Internship Details
- Internship duration: 4 months
- Candidates demonstrating strong performance may be considered for future opportunities within the organization
