Job Responsibilities:-
- Act as the primary liaison between doctors, nurses, and patient families.
- Provide clear updates on patient condition, treatment plans, and progress.
- Offer emotional support and counseling to families coping with critical cardiac situations.
- Explain cardiac procedures, medications, lifestyle changes, and recovery plans in simple language.
- Guide patients and families on post-ICCU care, including diet, exercise, and stress management.
- Offer counseling sessions to reduce anxiety and fear among patients and families.
- Help families cope with grief or uncertainty in critical cases.
- Connect patients with support groups or rehabilitation programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Track appointments, discharge summaries, and follow-up schedules.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives within the ICCU.
Preferred candidate profile :-
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field. Mostly preferable MSW.
- Certification or training in Clinical / Health Counselling preferred.
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in healthcare counselling or patient relations.
- Ready to work in Morning and evening shift.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
