As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will handle customer inquiries, follow up with potential clients, provide accurate information about our visa and immigration services, maintain customer records in the CRM system, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience. You will play a key role in creating positive customer relationships while achieving service and business goals.
The ideal candidate should have basic English speaking skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, customer service experience, basic computer knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in the immigration industry is an advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
