EXECUTIVE – DYEING (COLOR LAB)
LOCATION – TEEJAY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED – VISAKHAPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA
We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Dyeing (color lab) professional for color lab department.
The Job:
- Monitor the day-to-day color lab operations and provide technical colour support to the dye house.
- Develop accurate dye recipes using spectrophotometer guidance, ensuring conformance to customer
standards.
- Ensure lab-to-bulk shade reproducibility and timely lab submissions for samples and bulk.
- Maintain accurate and updated lab records, including recipes, submissions, shade history, and greige
availability.
- Coordinate with Colour Executives, Dyeing Process, Quality, and Customer Care teams to resolve shade and
fastness issues.
- Ensure achievement of Lab Dip RFT, Lab Dip TOD, Sample RFT, and Sample TOD KPIs.
The Person:
Essential: Should have sound knowledge of color lab operations, shade matching, and lab-to-bulk dyeing processes.
- Possess a Graduation in Textile Processing, Textile Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Color Lab / Dyeing Lab operations.
- Hands-on experience with spectrophotometer, recipe formulation, and dye selection rules.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills with focus on accuracy and timelines.
