Job Overview
We are seeking an organized Office Administration Manager to oversee daily office operations. You will serve as the backbone of our workplace, ensuring a seamless, safe, and productive environment for our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels at vendor negotiation, facility management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office & Facility Operations
- Maintain daily office upkeep, cleanliness, and general workplace safety.
- Coordinate repairs, structural maintenance, and emergency protocols.
- Manage office layouts, seating arrangements, and meeting room schedules.
- Travel Bookings and Hotel Bookings
- Should know to ride 2-wheeler (With License)
2. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external service vendors.
- Oversee inventory levels for office stationery, tech assets, and pantry supplies.
- Review vendor performance periodically to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
3. Team Leadership & Support
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule front-office executives and administrative assistants.
- Assist HR with onboarding logistics for new hires (desks, badges, welcome kits).
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal employee workplace requests.
4. Budgeting & Compliance
- Track monthly administrative spend against the department budget.
- Process utility invoices, service bills, and expense reports accurately.
- Ensure office policies align with local health, safety, and labor regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office management software.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
