Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to handle sales coordination, reporting, dispatch coordination, stock follow-up, and administrative support related to management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales coordination and client follow-ups.
- Maintain day-to-day reports and tracking records.
- Support administrative work related to MD.
- Coordinate PO/PI processing and documentation.
- Manage dispatch and stock coordination activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Strong follow-up and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
