Requirements:
- Master's Degree + B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred)
- 10–15 years of experience in the education sector
- Minimum 5 years as Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Head in a CBSE school
- Experience with Senior Secondary (XI–XII) preferred
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, NEP 2020, school administration, admissions, and staff management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
