Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistants / Sales Executives to join our Experience Centre. If you enjoy interacting with people, achieving sales targets, and learning about the latest EV technology, this is the perfect opportunity to build your career in the rapidly growing electric vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a premium showroom experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Ather products.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test rides.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain customer records using the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the delivery and service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.
Requirements
- Plus Two, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, automobile sales, customer service, or hospitality.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
