We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. This is a performance-driven opportunity for designers who can deliver high-quality designs, understand user experience principles, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance, creativity, and reliability during the freelance engagement may be offered a full-time position after successful work verification and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile application interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Ensure designs are user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct design improvements based on feedback and usability considerations.
- Maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Figma
- Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator (preferred)
- Wireframing and prototyping tools
- User-centered design principles
- Responsive and mobile-first design
- Design systems and component libraries
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹11,266.29 - ₹48,786.09 per month
