Job description
Role & responsibilities
· Lead Engagement:
Effectively connect with potential leads generated and shared by the Lead Generation team.
· Revenue Generation:
Successfully close leads to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
· Sales Cycle Management:
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the B2C sales cycle, ensuring smooth navigation from prospecting to deal closure.
· Product Counseling:
Counsel potential customers who are uncertain about which certification or product to choose, helping them make informed decisions.
· Product Knowledge:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Knowlathon’s products and certifications to provide accurate and compelling information to leads.
· Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with leads to encourage repeat business and referrals.
· Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Lead Generation team to provide feedback and enhance the quality of leads.
Preferred candidate profile
· Proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a zeal for closing deals using ethical and effective methods.
· Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or certification recommendations.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
· A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
