Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join the Signogen team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our Digital Signage Software, following up with leads, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls.
- Explain Signogen Digital Signage Software and its features.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Schedule product demos when required.
- Maintain customer and lead details in the CRM.
- Follow up on quotations, subscriptions, and payments.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the technical team when needed.
- Achieve monthly calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, confident, and willing to learn.
- Ability to professionally explain software products to customers.
- Should be comfortable with calling and sales follow-ups.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.
- Candidates living within approximately 5 km of Villivakkam are preferred.
