Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end‑to‑end procurement operations by closely collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and cross‑functional stakeholders. You will work to understand business requirements, ensure timely availability of materials and services, and contribute to efficient and compliant procurement processes.

Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs); expedite deliveries and manage all post‑PO activities.

Handle procurement of IT hardware such as Printers, Scanners, Multifunction Devices (MFDs), including vendor coordination, specifications verification, and warranty tracking.

Support procurement of CISCO networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, access points), ensuring alignment with IT/Network teams on configurations and lead times.

Coordinate with suppliers and OEM partners for quotes, technical clarifications, delivery commitments, and installation scheduling (where applicable).

Plan inbound shipments, reschedule deliveries, and ensure materials/equipment meet demand timelines.

Manage inventory counts, stock adjustments, warehouse coordination, and return-to-vendor logistics.

Communicate forecasts, supply plans, and inventory positions to suppliers; ensure complete visibility of upcoming demand.

Resolve supplier-related issues, complaints, quality concerns, and escalate risks through cross‑functional teams.

Address invoice discrepancies, GRN issues, and payment queries with suppliers and internal Finance/AP teams.

Provide regular updates to Sourcing teams on demand fluctuations, supply disruptions, and supplier performance metrics.

Maintain procurement master data (item creation, category mapping, sourcing rules) in Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud.

Use ServiceNow for creating tickets, tracking escalations, and managing procurement-related service requests.

Develop and publish dashboards and analytics reports using Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, and MS Excel.

Analyze supplier performance, inventory levels, consumption patterns, and supply risks.

Support demand forecasting, material planning, and expediting for critical items.

Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper handling/storage of IT assets and production materials.

Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across procurement operations.

Ensure compliance with operational KPIs, SLAs, audit guidelines, and documentation requirements.

Support demand forecasting, supply planning, expediting, and warehouse coordination.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive improvements.

Ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs across procurement operations.

Bachelor’s degree in science, Commerce,Computers or Engineering.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication (CEFR Level C1 or C2).

Basic understanding of procurement, purchasing, and supply planning in a manufacturing environment.

Hands‑on or end‑user experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Procurement / Supply Chain modules.

Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Ability to work with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos.

Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, demand forecasting, and expediting.

Proven operational experience in procurement, material planning, or supplier coordination.

Prior customer service experience (chat/email/voice).

Strong probing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand data trends and provide meaningful insights.

Customer-centric approach with strong stakeholder management.
Flexible to work in night shifts.
