Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, contractors, and retail partners
- Promote and sell company products (decorative paints, industrial coatings, etc.)
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and increase brand visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable paint solutions to clients
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
