Job Description : Full-Time Content Creator
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and reliable Full-Time Content Creator to work closely with our in-house social media team. This is a fully in-office role focused on bringing fresh ideas to life through high-quality visual content.
Unlike traditional roles, we care more about your actual skills, portfolio quality, and cultural fit than your years of experience or formal degrees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production: Shoot engaging reels and videos tailored for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Photography: Capture high-quality photos for standard social media posts, stories, and marketing campaigns.
- Creative Ideation: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to help execute unique content ideas and social media strategies.
- Basic Editing: Handle light, basic content editing to support the team when needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Social Media : A strong, native understanding of Instagram trends, formats, and social media content dynamics.
- Technical Comfort: Comfortable shooting high-quality content using a smartphone and/or a camera.
- Portfolio: Must present a portfolio or past work showcasing your shooting, visual style, and creativity.
- Traits: Highly reliable, creative, and proactive in bringing new ideas to the table.
- Education/Experience: No specific degree or strict minimum years of experience required - your work speaks for itself!
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):
- Owning a personal camera is a major plus.
- Familiarity with basic video editing tools (though we have a dedicated in-house editor, basic skills are a bonus).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
