- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral-related issues.
- Set up and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support to users for system, network, email, and internet-related problems.
- Manage user accounts, system access, antivirus protection, backups, and data security.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets, spare parts, software licenses, and network equipment.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and external vendors when required.
- Ensure regular preventive maintenance of IT equipment and network systems.
- Maintain records of technical issues, repairs, configurations, and support activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
