Zephyr Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services, generate leads, and support overall business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to maintain consistent performance standards aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Explain products or services clearly and encourage customer engagement.
- Generate leads and follow up on previous interactions to ensure positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and update databases regularly.
- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain productivity standards in terms of call volume and quality of interactions.
- Contribute to team objectives by achieving expected performance benchmarks.
- Follow company scripts and communication guidelines when required.
