About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Country Head – USA to lead our US business operations and drive strategic growth in the Marble, Granite, Tiles, and Natural Stones industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, business development, and team leadership, with proven exposure to the USA market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for the USA market.
- Lead and expand sales and business development activities across the United States.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, architects, builders, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the international sales team.
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in International Sales / Business Development.
- Must have experience in the Marble, Granite, Tiles, or Natural Stones industry.
- Strong exposure to the USA market.
- Proven experience leading and managing senior sales teams.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively internationally.
- Valid USA Visa will be preferred.
