We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Telecallers to support our fundraising efforts. The role involves contacting potential donors, explaining our cause, and encouraging contributions to support ongoing and upcoming NGO projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.
- Clearly explain the NGO’s mission, projects, and impact.
- Encourage individuals and organizations to contribute financially.
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone during calls.
- Record donor details, feedback, and call outcomes accurately.
- Follow up with interested donors when required.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly fundraising targets.
- Work closely with the fundraising and field teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus).
- Basic phone etiquette and confidence in speaking with people.
- Ability to handle rejection politely and stay motivated.
- Prior telecalling or fundraising experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
