In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them navigate our course offerings and guiding them through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Actively engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals and recommend suitable training programs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with students to ensure a supportive and smooth experience.
- Admissions Assistance: Guide candidates step-by-step through the inquiry, application, and final admission process.
- Lead Follow-up: Effectively manage inbound inquiries and follow up on potential leads to drive admission conversions.
- Information Sharing: Clearly and accurately communicate course details, promotional sessions, fee structures, and batch schedules.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Minimum qualification of Higher Secondary (+2) or above. Graduates or diploma holders are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Open to enthusiastic freshers eager to learn, as well as candidates with prior experience in telecalling, admissions, or educational sales.
- Language Skills: Absolute fluency in Malayalam is mandatory to effectively connect with our local student base. Good communication skills in English are highly preferred.
- Key Attributes: Must possess a dynamic, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
