Position : Asst. Manager / Manager – HR (Generalist)
Reporting to : Head HR
Location : Gurgaon
Salary : up to 7 LPA
Experience : 4-7 years
Qualification : MBA
Role & Responsibility:
- Act as a point of contact for employees for their employee life cycle activities
- Recruitment – Ensuring appropriate JD is available for all the critical positions, vacancy is aptly advertised, conducting interviews along with the Hiring Manager, onboarding new employees
- Vendor Management – Empanelling new vendors if required, SPOC for vendors
- Develop and implement new human resource policies, as & when required
- Maintain a database of all the employees information and ensure they are up to date and secure
- Support Head-HR in developing strategic directions and policies; Presenting the plans to management for approval
- Maintaining HR MIS
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience & exposure of all the HR functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Candidate from similar industry would be preferred
- Experience in PMS would be an added advantage
Preferably a candidate from same industry.
