Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Non-IT Recruiter from the Recruitment & Staffing industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles and must be proficient in using job portals such as Apna, Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various industries.
- Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on expertise in Apna, Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment & Staffing Industry.
- Prior experience in Non-IT hiring is mandatory.
