We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and willing to learn. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily financial records and basic bookkeeping
- Prepare invoices, bills, and payment entries
- Handle data entry and maintain accounting records
- Assist with GST, billing, and basic accounting tasks
- Manage office documents and administrative work
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team when required
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting or commerce background preferred
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or accounting software is a plus
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work responsibly and maintain records accurately
