Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and communication-focused Educational Sales Executive who can guide students and parents regarding educational programs, handle sales inquiries, generate leads, and convert potential customers through effective communication and counseling. The candidate should have strong convincing skills, telecalling abilities, and a passion for the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to educational programs and courses.
- Conduct telecalling and cold calling activities for lead generation.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, workshops, and educational services.
- Explain program details, benefits, fees, and enrollment processes clearly.
- Convert leads into admissions through proper follow-ups and communication.
- Maintain student and lead records in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding admissions and student onboarding.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls, emails, and messages.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper guidance regarding educational services.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with telecalling, counseling, and sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to handle multiple student inquiries and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Pay: Up to ₹33,791.51 per month
