Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our interior design office. The ideal candidate will support the sales and design teams by managing client communication, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring seamless execution from inquiry to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Coordinate between clients and designers
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for interior projects
- Maintain client databases and track project progress
- Schedule client meetings and site visits
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
- Assist in material selection coordination and vendor communication
- Generate sales reports and maintain documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination (preferably in interior design, architecture, or related industry)
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and materials is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or design tools (basic level)
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
