Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates for various positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
