We’re Hiring: Application / Proposal Engineer (Automation & Material Handling)
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Application / Proposal Engineer to join our team and drive technical proposal development for automation and material handling solutions.If you have a strong blend of engineering design, costing, and customer interaction experience, this is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Analyze customer inquiries, RFQs, and technical specifications Prepare technical proposals, cost estimations, and commercial offers
Develop 2D & 3D layouts for material handling systems (conveyors, lifts, automated systems)Design optimized engineering solutions based on client requirements
Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, and Production teams Present and explain technical proposals and solutions to customers
Support technical discussions and negotiations with clients
Maintain project documentation, drawings, and technical data
Provide support during project execution phase
Candidate Profile:-
BE/BTech in Mechanical, Production, Automation, or Industrial Engineering
5–10 years of experience in Automation & Material Handling systems
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design tools (SolidWorks / Inventor)
Good understanding of conveyors, lifts, and automated systems
Experience in cost estimation and proposal preparation
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
