Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers
✅ Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
✅ Configure and support LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
✅ User account management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
✅ Monitor and maintain IT systems for optimal performance
✅ Install antivirus software and perform security updates
Required Skills:
✔ Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
✔ Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
✔ Hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance
✔ Active Directory and Microsoft 365 support
✔ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
