Key Responsibilities:
Maintain complete books of accounts (Bookkeeping & Accountancy)
Manage daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Receipts, Payments)
Prepare invoices, LR billing & transport billing
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
Maintain fuel expense, vehicle expense & trip-wise expense records
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
Maintain vendor and driver payment records
