7+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in a Solution Architect or similar role. • Strong expertise in Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and platform capabilities. • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integration tools. • Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, and governance. • Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global crossfunctional teams. • Hands on experience in DevOps practices, including tools like Git, Jenkins, BitBucket, Eclipse and Salesforce DX. • Salesforce certifications, including: o Salesforce Developer o Salesforce Experience Cloud o Salesforce AI Specialist Preferred: • Salesforce Architect Certifications. • Hands-on experience with non-profit cloud or NPSP, Marketing Cloud/ Pardot, Tableau CRM/ Microsoft BI, and other Salesforce products. • Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Snowflake, or Informatica. • Experience with ETL tools like Talend, Skyvia etc. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello or Asana.
