Primary Focus – Oracle CDM / Customer Master Data • Own and manage customer master data within Oracle CDM / MDM systems • Design and maintain customer data models, hierarchies, party structures, and reference data • Define and enforce data governance, data quality, standardization, and stewardship processes • Configure and support de-duplication, survivorship rules, and data validation frameworks • Perform customer data analysis, profiling, cleansing, and bulk data operations • Support inbound and outbound CDM integrations with CPQ, ERP, Billing, and other enterprise systems • Work closely with integration teams on API design, data mappings, transformation rules, and error handling • Troubleshoot and resolve CDM data and integration issues across environments • Support system enhancements, UAT, go-live, and post-production support • Assist business users with customer data queries, reporting, and operational issues
Additional Skills:
• Support Oracle CPQ from a customer data and integration standpoint • Ensure accurate customer, account, and hierarchy data availability in CPQ • Collaborate with CPQ teams to align customer attributes with pricing, eligibility, and quoting logic • Support CPQ integrations with CDM, ERP, and downstream systems • Assist with CPQ testing, deployments, and production issue resolution related to customer data • Provide functional support for rate cards, pricing rules, and quoting where customer data dependencies exist
