Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer cum Video Editor role based in Palghat (Palakkad), Kerala. The role involves designing digital and print graphics for hospital branding, social media, patient education materials, and marketing campaigns. The team member will plan, shoot, and edit videos such as patient information clips, doctor introductions, procedure explanations, and promotional content. Daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing and clinical teams to understand communication goals, developing visual concepts, creating motion graphics, and adapting designs for various platforms. The role also includes managing visual assets, maintaining brand consistency across all materials, and preparing content optimized for web, social media, and in-hospital displays.
Qualifications
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design software.
- Video production and editing skills, including experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar applications.
- Ability to create visual content for digital platforms, social media, and print, with a good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, visual storytelling, and adapting designs for different screen formats and resolutions.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow brand guidelines while proposing fresh ideas.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with medical and non-medical staff in a hospital environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals, or service-oriented sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
