Business Development Associate – Modern Trade (Frozen Fun)
Key Responsibilities
Account Acquisition: Onboard new premium supermarkets, gourmet stores, and national retail chains.
Relationship Management: Maintain strategic relations with category managers and store-level teams.
Listing & Visibility: Secure product listings for new SKUs and negotiate premium shelf/freezer placement.
Sales Targets: Drive monthly volume and value sales targets across assigned accounts.
Trade Activations: Plan and execute in-store promotions, sampling drives, and visual merchandising.
Stock Optimization: Coordinate with supply chain to ensure high fill rates and zero stock-outs.
Reporting & Analysis: Track weekly sales data, competitor pricing, and market trends.
Commercial Reconciliation: Manage payment collections, listing fees, and promotional claim settlements.
Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG/F&B sales (Modern Trade or Cold Chain preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Strong negotiation, client handling, and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Attributes: Goal-driven, analytical, and open to frequent field travel.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
