The IT Executive will be responsible for managing Ohixo's day-to-day IT infrastructure, providing user support, maintaining hardware and software, administering Microsoft 365, coordinating CRM/ERP implementation with external vendors, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage laptops, desktops, printers, biometric devices, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, VPN, and network devices.
- Administer Microsoft 365 (user accounts, email, Teams, OneDrive, MFA).
- Coordinate CRM (Zoho/others) implementation and user support.
- Coordinate ERP implementation with vendors.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, and AMC records.
- Perform data backup and recovery.
- Maintain antivirus and endpoint security.
- Provide IT support to Head Office, field teams, and C&F locations.
- Coordinate with internet providers, hardware vendors, and software partners.
- Prepare IT documentation and basic MIS reports.
Qualification
- BCA, MCA, B.Tech (IT/Computer Science), or Diploma in Computer Engineering.
Experience
- 3–5 years in IT support or IT administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
- Exposure to CRM/ERP implementation is preferred.
- Knowledge of Windows, networking, and cloud applications.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
