Role Overview:
The Guest Relationship Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders. The role involves managing front-desk operations, ensuring a warm and professional experience for all guests, and supporting administrative coordination within the corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
- Manage visitor and maintain visitor records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect them to the concerned departments.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure timely arrangements (refreshments, facilities, etc.).
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Support HR/Administration team in guest management during interviews, client visits, and events.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth guest handling.
- Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for visitors and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company protocols regarding security and confidentiality.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service (freshers with good communication may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
