Job Description
We are seeking energetic and self-motivated Field Marketing & Sales Executives to promote our products/services and generate sales. Candidates are free to use any ethical and company-approved sales methods, including direct field visits, referrals, networking, social media marketing, telecalling, events, and other lead-generation activities.
Responsibilities
- Generate new customer leads and business opportunities.
- Promote and explain company products/services to potential customers.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales.
- Meet assigned sales targets.
- Submit daily/weekly activity and sales reports.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
- Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Two-wheeler and driving license are an advantage for field work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
