Job Summary
Shanvia Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and be capable of developing scalable web applications from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with MongoDB databases, schema design, and optimization.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).
- Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state management tools.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
- Experience with Git/GitHub version control.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth.
- Knowledge of deployment and cloud platforms is an advantage.
Eligibility
- B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of hands-on MERN Stack development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
