As a Revit Professional, you will be responsible for developing high-quality BIM models, managing construction documentation, and ensuring cross-disciplinary coordination for complex architectural projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Autodesk Revit to create detailed 3D models, families, and comprehensive construction drawing sets.
- BIM Coordination: Leading the clash detection process and collaborating with MEP and structural teams to resolve spatial conflicts before construction.
- Standards Management: Implementing and maintaining BIM standards, templates, and workflows to ensure project consistency and data integrity.
- Documentation: Generating accurate floor plans, sections, elevations, and schedules while managing the extraction of quantities for cost estimation.
- Project Lifecycle Support: Assisting throughout the design phases, from conceptual modeling to producing “As-Built” models for facility management.
