Job Description: Accounting Executive
Position: Payroll & Accounting Executive
Location: BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex), Mumbai
Experience: 3-4 Years
Qualification: Semi-Qualified (CA Inter / CMA Inter / Equivalent)
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
About the Requirement
We are looking for an additional resource to be deployed at our client's location in BKC on an urgent basis. This position has arisen due to the resignation of the client's existing internal resource, and there is an immediate business requirement for seamless payroll, accounting, and processing support.
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing
- End-to-end payroll processing for employees.
- Preparation and validation of payroll inputs.
- Verification of attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Ensuring timely salary disbursement.
- Handling payroll-related statutory compliances.
Accounting & Finance
- Day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Vendor and employee payment processing.
- Preparation of MIS reports and financial data.
- Assistance in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintaining payroll and accounting records.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders and client teams.
- Supporting audits and compliance-related requirements.
- Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee and financial data.
Candidate Requirements
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in Payroll and Accounting.
- Semi-qualified CA/CMA or equivalent commerce qualification.
- Good knowledge of payroll processes, accounting principles, TDS, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently at the client location.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
