Restaurant Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an accomplished Restaurant Manager to lead the overall operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-end restaurants, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and building strong, service-oriented teams. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership, impeccable grooming standards, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with our standards
- Own the guest experience, proactively engaging with customers and handling feedback with maturity and professionalism
- Build, train, and manage front-of-house teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer centricity across the team
- Ensure adherence to SOPs related to service, hygiene, grooming, and compliance
- Monitor sales performance, cost controls, inventory, and manpower planning
- Collaborate closely with the culinary and bar teams to ensure service excellence and menu alignment
- Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining strong floor presence and customer relationships
Key Requirements
- Prior experience managing premium restaurants is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in customer interaction
- High standards of personal grooming and professional presentation
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to take end-to-end responsibility
- Strong people management and team-building capabilities
- Operationally sound with a balance of service excellence and business acumen

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
