1. Implementation of skilling program within MSIL ecosystem formulated by the central and state Govt./ Other Industry partners
2. Implementation of training of trainers and trainer competence test
3. Improve student connect with Industry : Career counselling, Industry visits & guest lectures, Scholarship scheme etc.
4. Drive Industry connect for improving placements within vendor and dealership eco system
Managerial Role
1. Technical knowledge across manufacturing roles
2. Good liasoning skills with both external and internal stake holders
