Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain automated, scalable dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track real-time sales metrics.
Data Presentation: Translate technical findings into "boardroom-ready" presentations. You must be able to explain the why behind the numbers to non-technical stakeholders.
Data Hygiene: Collaborate with IT and CRM managers to ensure data integrity and streamline data collection processes.
Predictive Insight: Move beyond descriptive reporting to provide diagnostic and predictive insights that help the team anticipate market shifts.
Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, preferably supporting Sales, Marketing, or Operations.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert Level MS Excel: Advanced formulas, Power Pivot, VBA/Macros, and complex data modeling.
