Job Summary
Ekoching is seeking an experienced and dynamic Academic Head to lead and manage the academic operations of CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, and CUET programs. The candidate will be responsible for academic planning, faculty management, curriculum development, student performance, quality assurance, and teaching.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the academic team across all programs.
· Prepare academic calendars, batch schedules, faculty timetables, and mock test plans.
· Monitor syllabus completion and academic quality.
· Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate faculty members.
· Review student performance and implement improvement strategies.
· Collect and analyze student feedback and ensure corrective actions.
· Develop and update study material, tests, and academic content.
· Conduct classroom and online sessions as per expertise.
· Coordinate with Operations, Counseling, and Marketing teams for academic initiatives.
· Ensure excellent student learning experience and outcomes.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
· Timely completion of syllabus and academic schedules.
· Student satisfaction and academic performance.
· Faculty productivity, training, and retention.
· Quality of study material and mock tests.
· Successful implementation of academic plans and processes.
Qualifications & Experience
· 5+ years of experience in education/training, academic leadership &team management.
· Experience in CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, or competitive exam preparation preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per year
