About the Role
Brand Circus Events is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Producer to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events including corporate conferences, exhibitions, product launches, brand activations, marathons, wellness programs, and public events.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing projects from planning through execution while ensuring exceptional client experience, operational excellence, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage events from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with clients to understand objectives, budgets, and requirements.
- Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and execution schedules.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- Coordinate production, fabrication, branding, AV, stage, and logistics requirements.
- Manage event budgets and project profitability.
- Oversee registrations, attendee management, and customer experience.
- Coordinate permissions, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Manage manpower, volunteers, and on-ground teams.
- Lead event-day operations and ensure flawless execution.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide real-time solutions.
- Prepare post-event reports and project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or event operations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing large-scale public events, marathons, exhibitions, or corporate events.
- Vendor management and budgeting expertise.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹12,660.18 - ₹17,000.00 per month
