We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- Present company services and prepare customized proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on business performance.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
