Lead and manage a team of Tamil-speaking sales executives.

Drive daily sales targets and ensure team performance meets business objectives.

Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team KPIs.

Monitor call quality, productivity, attendance, and adherence.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

Coordinate with training, quality, and operations teams to improve overall sales effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Experience: 6 months to 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Ayurveda, Healthcare, Wellness, or Domestic BPO industry.

Prior experience as a Team Leader is preferred. High-performing Senior Sales Executives with leadership potential may also be considered.

Strong understanding of telesales and target-driven sales environments.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to motivate teams and achieve aggressive sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Fluent in Tamil.

Experience in Ayurvedic, healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, or nutraceutical sales is an advantage.

Strong analytical, coaching, and people management skills.

Flexible to work in a target-oriented environment.
