Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify the business-critical training and the best practices to streamline the
- customer interaction with business at each customer touchpoints.
- Design and implementing training programs for employees across the organization.
- Conduct research on learning methodologies and best practices in corporate training.
- Create interview mechanism to identify the best candidates for a role with multi-level tests.
- Support the planning and execution of workshops and seminars.
- Gather feedback from participants to evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to create learning materials and resources.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify training needs and skill gaps within teams.
- Create reports on the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance.
- Collaborate with department to understand their unique training requirements and build the LMS around it.
- Suggest improvements and new learning programs based on data findings.
- Assist in the creation of e-learning content, including videos, quizzes, and interactive modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Research emerging trends in digital learning and suggest innovative approaches.
- Help maintain and update the learning management system (LMS).
- Identify Skill Gap and conduct the learning and development session to improve productivity.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and feedback.
- Conduct audits to ensure the learnings in the training are implemented.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication, Adaptability and problem-solving, Data-Analytics, Strategic Planning and customer-focused skills, Soft-skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience LMS tool is a plus.
