Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver comprehensive Biology lessons as per curriculum.
- Prepare yearly, monthly, and weekly lesson plans.
- Cover core areas such as Botany, Zoology, Genetics, Ecology, and Human Physiology.
- Simplify complex biological concepts using diagrams, models, and presentations.
- Prepare students for Board Exams and competitive exams (NEET foundation guidance if required).
2. Practical & Laboratory Management
- Conduct Biology practical sessions effectively.
- Maintain lab records and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure safe handling of specimens and laboratory equipment.
- Guide students in preparing practical records and projects.
3. Assessment & Evaluation
- Prepare question papers, assignments, and model test papers.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluate answer scripts.
- Analyze student performance and provide remedial coaching.
- Maintain academic records and submit reports to management.
4. Student Mentoring & Development
- Provide academic counseling and career guidance.
- Motivate students to participate in science exhibitions and competitions.
- Support slow learners and encourage high achievers.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback.
5. Institutional Responsibilities
- Participate in staff meetings and training programs.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.
- Assist in admission demo classes if required.
- Support school events and academic initiatives.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
